Final Inspection Requirements. 20.3.3.1 Before calling for final inspection, Developer shall determine that the following have been performed: 20.3.3.1.1 The Work has been completed. 20.3.3.1.2 All life safety items are completed and in working order. 20.3.3.1.3 Mechanical and electrical Work, including, without limitation,, security system, data, fire alarm, are complete and tested, fixtures are in place, connected, and ready for tryout. 20.3.3.1.4 Electrical circuits scheduled in panels and disconnect switches labeled. 20.3.3.1.5 Painting and special finishes complete. 20.3.3.1.6 Doors complete with hardware, cleaned of protective film, relieved of sticking or binding, and in working order. 20.3.3.1.7 Tops and bottoms of doors sealed. 20.3.3.1.8 Floors waxed and polished as specified. 20.3.3.1.9 Broken glass replaced and glass cleaned. 20.3.3.1.10 Grounds cleared of Developer’s equipment, raked 20.3.3.1.11 Work cleaned, free of stains, scratches, and other foreign matter, damaged and broken material replaced. 20.3.3.1.12 Finished and decorative work shall have marks, dirt, and superfluous labels removed. 20.3.3.1.13 Final cleanup, as provided herein.
