Final Level - Board of Trustees. Upon proper notification and application to the Board of Trustees within five (5) working days after receiving the Board of Review's decision, the grievance may be appealed to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall review the decision and may hold a meeting. The decision of the Board of Trustees shall supersede all previous decisions and shall become binding on all parties. The Board of Trustees shall render a final decision within sixty (60) working days after receipt of the appeal and transmit it promptly to all parties in interest.

The Board of Trustees shall review the decision and may hold a meeting. The decision of the Board of Trustees shall supersede all previous decisions and shall become binding on all parties. The Board of Trustees shall render a final and binding decision within sixty (60) working days no later than the first regular Board meeting after receipt of the appeal and transmit it promptly to all parties in interesthearing by the Board.
