Final List. Within ten (10) calendar days thereafter, the School District shall evaluate any and all such written communications regarding the order of seniority contained in the list and may make such changes the School District deems warranted. A final seniority list shall thereupon be prepared by the School District and served upon the teacher and exclusive representative president in accordance with Section 16.1, Subdivision.2, of this Agreement and shall be posted on a designated website accessible to teachers. Any teacher disagreeing with the decision of the School District may appeal the decision in accordance with Article XVI β Grievance Procedures except that the grievance process shall be shortened as follows: a.
