Final Project Report. The final report will include the following: a) All information required under Schedule B.1 (Project Progress Report) b) An attestation, signed by a delegated senior official, that: i. Projects have been completed; ii. federal funding was spent on Eligible Expenditures in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and iii. Project Incrementality has been respected.
