The notice shall describe the nature of the claim or issue submitted, the provision or provisions of this Agreement which is or are the basis of the claim or issue submitted, and the material facts surrounding the claim or issue for interpretation. On delivery of the notice (the "Arbitration Notice"), the parties shall attempt, in good faith and for a period of thirty (30) days to resolve and informally mediate the claim between the parties, after which period the claim or issue shall be deemed to have been submitted to arbitration.

Submission Requirement. The Contractor shall submit the Record Drawings (both in digital format and 2 full size hardcopy sets) to the Project Officer upon substantial completion of the Project. Final payment will not be issued until the Record Drawing has been accepted by the Project Officer. The Contractor shall make any necessary corrections and resubmit until acceptable to the County Project Officer.

In accordance with Section 10339B, Foreign Financial Support, of the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022, (42 U.S.C. § 19040), each "recipient institution of higher education" must annually report all "current financial support, the value of which is $50,000 or more7, including gifts and contracts, received directly or indirectly from a foreign source" which is “associated with a foreign country of concern,” as defined in the PAPPG Introduction, Section D.
