Common use of FINAL REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST Clause in Contracts

FINAL REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST. The Recipient agrees to ensure that its final Reimbursement Request is received by the Division no later than the Final Reimbursement Request Date, unless prior approval has been granted by the Division. If the final Reimbursement Request is not received timely, the undisbursed balance of this Agreement may be deobligated.
