REVERTING FUNDS AND DISENCUMBRANCE. In the event the Recipient does not submit Reimbursement Requests for all funds encumbered under this Agreement timely, any remaining funds revert to the State. The State Water Board may notify the Recipient that the project file is closed, and any remaining balance will be disencumbered and unavailable for further use under the Agreement.
