Final Review of Provisional Allocation. A final review of the provisional allocations under paragraphs 4 to 7 above shall be made at this stage by the MC. Adjustments may be made in order to ensure that the WCF aims set out in paragraph 1 are met. The adjusted allocation shall become the final allocation and each Member shall then be informed of the number of Allocated Places that they have been awarded.
