Final Written Warning With or Without Suspension. Documents a final written communication to the employee that informs the employee that a previously documented offense has continued and a repeat offense that occurs within twenty-four (24) months may result in more severe discipline up to and including termination. A suspension is not to exceed twenty (20) working business days a nd may be issued in conjunction with the final Written Warning.
