Common use of Financial Duties Support Clause in Contracts

Financial Duties Support. Effective July 1, 2015, the District shall provide face-to-face training during the regular duty day, at scheduled intervals, to any employee responsible to collect, maintain, record, and/or disburse funds. This training will cover District policies and procedures regarding the duties associated with collecting, maintaining, recording, and/or disbursing of funds. In addition, the District shall provide online training during the regular duty day to be used as initial training for employees new to these duties prior to attending a face-to-face training event. All employees who collect, maintain, record, and/or disburse funds and have attended the face-to-face training will be required to complete an annual online training during the regular duty day.
