Financial Model 37.1 Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, any amendments to the Financial Model shall reflect, be consistent with and be made only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and shall in all cases be subject to the prior written approval of the Authority (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). In the event that the parties fail to agree any proposed amendments to the Financial Model, the matter shall be referred for resolution in accordance with Schedule Part 20 (Dispute Resolution Procedure).
Financial Forecasts You understand that any financial forecasts or projections are based on estimates and assumptions we believe to be reasonable but are highly speculative. Given the industry, our actual results may vary from any forecasts or projections.
Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.
Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions.
DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.
FINANCIAL EVALUATION (a) The financial bid shall be opened of only those bidders who have been found to be technically eligible. The financial bids shall be opened in presence of representatives of technically eligible bidders, who may like to be present. The institute shall inform the date, place and time for opening of financial bid.
Financial Monitoring City staff shall monitor, review, and evaluate the financial procedures of the Subrecipient through documents submitted to the City and on-site monitoring. The Subrecipient shall provide and make available to the City such reports and records that will be necessary for a proper financial evaluation. With reasonable notice being given to the Subrecipient, the City may schedule at least one on-site visit and other visits that may be needed during the course of this Agreement.
Forecasts Any forecasts provided by DXC shall not constitute a commitment of any type by DXC.
FINANCIAL STATUS REPORTS (FSRS Except as otherwise provided, for contracts with categorical budgets, Grantee shall submit quarterly FSRs to System Agency by the last business day of the month following the end of each quarter for System Agency review and financial assessment. Grantee shall submit the final FSR no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the applicable term.
