Common use of Financial Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Financial Qualifications. (a) The Agency may require any bidder or prospective bidder to furnish all books of account, records, vouchers, statements or other information concerning the bidder's financial status for examination as may be required by the agency to ascertain bidder's responsibility and capability to perform the contract. (b) If the bidder fails or refuses to supply any of the documents or information set forth in paragraph (a) hereof or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, the Agency Chief Contracting Officer may reject the bid.
