Financial Responsibility for Inpatient Hospital Services. When the Contractor admits or authorizes an Enrollee for a covered inpatient hospitalization and the hospital stay is for a covered diagnosis, the Contractor shall be financially responsible for all charges relating to the Enrollee’s hospital stay including, but not limited to, charges for related physician services, diagnostic tests, psychiatric consultations, and pharmacy.
