Financial Tools. The Financial Tools feature allows you to create a budget and categorize your spending. This feature is further governed by the separate MX Digital Money Management Services (Personal Financial Management Tools) agreement you must agree to in order to use the Financial Management Tools service. Additional information about this feature is available in the separate MX Digital Money Management Services (Personal Financial Management Tools) agreement as well.
Financial Tools. You acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account information from the Financial Tools and all related information including any external accounts added to the Financial Tools, any categorizations, goals, budgets or alerts set up in the Financial Tools and/or prohibit your further access to all related files and the Financial Tools. Once removed, this information cannot be retrieved and will need to be newly set up. Further, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Financial Tools.
Financial Tools. We at RAPICREDIT also believe that it is our duty to provide you with tools to help you control your expenses and, for this reason, we offer access to different tools as a part of our technological platform. These tools may have additional features that may be charged separately, but in that case, we will inform you in advance. Access to these tools is an added value and will NOT involve additional costs. They are part of your educational package included in the technological platform, with the exception of the courses or tools developed with conditions and costs for their use, which you will be duly informed about in advance.

Related to Financial Tools

  • Software The Software is licensed to you subject to any terms and conditions presented when you downloaded it from a source authorized by NCR Voyix, as well as those contained in this Agreement. If there is a conflict, this Agreement will control. You are licensed to use the Software only with the Service and with Hardware purchased or subscribed from NCR Voyix or its Resellers. Your license to any Software will end when your subscription to the Service ends. The Software is copyrighted and licensed, not sold, and is NCR Voyix’s confidential and unpublished information. You will retain any copyright notices and proprietary legends on all copies of the Software and the media on which it is delivered. Any attempt to transfer the Software is void and will automatically cause your license to end.

  • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.

  • Firmware 7.1 The Supplier must deliver the equipment, Goods or hardware equipped with all the firmware required to use all the Goods or hardware’s functions. Any software embedded in the equipment, Goods or hardware, including the firmware, is provided to the Local Government with a license to use this software, with all license costs and royalties being included in the Fee Schedule (Schedule C). All firmware will be the most recent version available at the time of shipping.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Equipment and Software Any costs incurred by Kodak resulting from Customer (1) changes to the configuration of the Equipment or Software, or (2) postponement of Delivery or installation of the Equipment or Software;
