Common use of Finding of Other Suitable Employment Clause in Contracts

Finding of Other Suitable Employment. 2.3.1 The employer and the CEO must make every endeavour to place a potentially surplus employee in other suitable employment. 2.3.2 In addition to any other action the employer and/or the CEO may have taken in the period before notice is given in accordance with clauses 2.4 or 2.5, the employer and CEO will, during all such periods of notice, make every endeavour to place a surplus employee in other suitable employment.
