Common use of Fingerprint Checks Clause in Contracts

Fingerprint Checks. 4.16.1. In accordance with A.R.S. 15-512(H), a contractor, subcontractor, or vendor or any employee of a contractor, subcontractor or vendor who is contracted to provide services on a regular basis at an individual school may be required to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card pursuant to Title 41, Chapter 12, Article 3.1. An exception to this requirement may be made as authorized in Governing Board policy. 4.16.2. The Catering SFA, and their employees, shall not provide services on SFA properties until authorized by the SFA. 4.16.3. The Catering SFA shall comply with the Governing Board’s fingerprinting policies of the SFA.
