Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
Meter and Cabling Be obliged to draw electricity lines/wires, television cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the said Apartment only through the ducts and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Promoter or to other apartment owners. Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.
Moonlighting 24.01 The Company and the Union agree in principle to eliminate the practice commonly referred to as moonlighting.
House and Riser Cable A two-wire metallic distribution facility in Verizon’s network between the minimum point of entry for a building where a premises of a Customer is located (such a point, an “MPOE”) and the Rate Demarcation Point for such facility (or NID) if the NID is located at such Rate Demarcation Point).
Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
Software and Services Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-SDD-TMP-232 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
