Common use of Fire and Safety Clause in Contracts

Fire and Safety. Manager shall ensure that the Facility shall be constructed and maintained in compliance with all fire and safety statutes, ordinances, and regulations which would be applicable if the Facility were located outside of the jurisdiction of the Band although those requirements would not otherwise apply within that jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section shall grant any jurisdiction to the State or any political subdivision thereof over the Gaming Site or the Facility. The Band shall be responsible for arranging fire protection and police services for the Facility.

The Manager and the Band shall be jointly responsible for arranging fire protection and police services for the Facility.

The Band Authority shall be responsible for arranging fire protection and police services for the Facility.
