Common use of Fire and Theft Insurance Clause in Contracts

Fire and Theft Insurance. The Employer shall provide fire and theft insurance covering the tools and equipment owned by employees and used in performance of their duties with the Employer. If the fire and theft insurance so provided contains a deductible amount such deductible amount shall in the event of a claim, be paid by the Employer to the employee.
