FIRE CAPTAIN – TRAINING DIVISION. In the event that a vacancy for a Fire Captain’s position within the Training Division becomes open for any reason, the Fire Chief or his designee shall have the obligation to offer such promotion to each eligible candidate on the then current Fire Captain’s promotional list in descending rank order.
