FIRE / EMS INSTRUCTOR. Employees holding a valid Fire and/or EMS Instructor’s Certificate and assigned to the duties of instructor shall receive at each pay period a payment of $55. Performance of this additional duty will be included on the employee’s performance plan as an additional performance factor and evaluated in accordance with City policy.
