Common use of Fire Fighting Equipment Clause in Contracts

Fire Fighting Equipment. To keep the Premises sufficiently supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall from time to time be required by law or by the local or other competent authority or as shall be reasonably required by the Landlord and such appliances shall be open to inspection and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord and also not to obstruct the access to or means of working such appliances or the means of escape from the Premises in the case of fire or other emergency.
