Electrical and Telephone Outlets. Locate all power and telephone requirements: Dimension the position from a corner and give height above concrete slab for all critically located outlets. Identify all dedicated circuits and identify all power outlets greater than 120 volts. For the equipment used in these outlets which require dedicated circuits and/or which require greater than 120 volts, identify the type of equipment, the manufacturer's name and the manufacturer's model number, and submit a brochure for each piece of equipment. Also identify the manufacturer's name of the phone system to be used and the power requirements, size, and location of its processing equipment.

Also identify the manufacturer’s name of the Tenant’s phone system and the power requirements, size, and location of its processing equipment. Provide cut sheet on any special equipment requiring plumbing.
Electrical and Telephone Outlets. All existing perimeter wall outlets shall remain as is. Any additional such outlets shall be installed per Code. All outlets in all removed partitions shall be disconnected at the junction box by Lessor. Any and all new outlets and all electrical power required by Lessee for the installation of Lessees pre-fab type office systems, and industrial equipment shall be constructed by Lessor in a "roughed-out" condition ready for final hook-up to said office systems and industrial equipment at Lessee's expense.

Two (2) Electrical outlets for each standard closed office; 3 electrical outlets for each executive office, (over 180 sq. ft.) and conference rooms and meeting rooms. Necessary outlets for maintenance of corridors and cleaning. Standard quantity of telephone outlets; 1 per work station. At each wall telephone outlet, in insulated wall, provide a 3/4" empty conduit to ceiling space with pull cord. In open office areas, each desk will have a quadrupex and a telephone outlet; connection of electrified base for partitions by Tenant. 1 floor monument in big conference room, 1 floor monument behind reception desk.
