Firearm Entities and Trade Associations Discrimination. PROVIDER verifies that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the Agreement, have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Agreement. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the contract, PROVIDER shall promptly notify A&M System.
