Firearm entity means: (A) a firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, supplier, or retailer; and (B) a sport shooting range as defined by Section 250.001, Local Government Code.

Firearm entity means any company that engages in, facilitates, or supports the manufacture, import, distribution, marketing or advertising, sale, or lawful use of firearms, ammunition or components parts and accessories of firearms or ammunition. "Firearm entity" includes a shooting range or a firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, supplier, or retailer.

  • Business Entity means a natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of this State or of any other state or foreign jurisdiction;
