FIRES WITH FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. ‌ If an incident affects lands within State jurisdiction, expenditures may qualify for the Fire Management Assistance Grant Program (FMAG) under Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). A new incident number/FireCode may be issued to track expenses during the FEMA qualifying period. This grant program is applicable to fires occurring on state and private lands (not including Native Allotments or Native Corporation lands) regardless of Protecting Agency. Reference Clause 47 below for billing procedures and documentation requirements.
