Miscellaneous AssistanceThe Parties to this Agreement may provide each other with miscellaneous incidental assistance that may not be identified elsewhere in this Agreement. Such assistance may include the use of personnel, equipment, facilities, aircraft, and miscellaneous resource and support services.
Miscellaneous Assistance. A. Visas and Work Permits: • The Oyster (PEO) will provide all legal services required to comply with UK immigration, labor and employment laws prior to your entry into the region. • The Oyster (PEO) will secure all appropriate visa and temporary work permits required for your legal employment as an expatriate in Europe.
Miscellaneous Assistance. Agencies are accountable for tracking the expenditures charged for the items listed in this clause. Where separate reimbursable agreements are necessary, establishing reimbursable agreements and charge codes pre-season is encouraged. Costs associated with this clause that are eligible for reimbursement using a Xxxx for Collection may be totaled and included as a separate line item in the Annual Fixed Costs billing. Each xxxx is subject to audit.

Fort Xxxxxxxxxx in Fairbanks: In addition to previously mentioned DNR employees, AFS provides office space and furniture; office equipment and supplies; utilities; and telecommunications, computers, network access and support to the following DNR employees. Fire Operations Forester and their Administrative Staff Fire Weather Coordinator Public Affair Officer Communications and Technical Systems Coordinator x. XxXxxxx Facilities The DNR is authorized to utilize the BLM’s facilities and associated land at XxXxxxx as a fire preparedness facility and is billed for the maintenance of those facilities. c. Kenai Interagency Dispatch Center Reference the USFS Chugach National Forest-DNR Coastal Region AOP. d. Meals and Lodging (Reimbursable) Currently, credit cards are not accepted at any DNR or AFS facilities for meals or lodging. Cash is accepted at the AFS Barracks and AFS Dining Hall on Fort Xxxxxxxxxx. Personnel using reimbursable agreements are required to enter their reimbursable agreement code. The cost charged for the meal will be based upon the established per diem rates for that location. Meals, including sack lunches that are ordered, regardless if they are consumed, will be billed to the charge code. Lodging for agency personnel not on a Resource Order is available on a case-by-case basis. Rooms may be billed to a pre-approved reimbursable agreement code. Barracks rates are established annually.

  • EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE I understand that the College has not made and will not make any guarantees of employment or salary upon my graduation. The College will provide me with placement assistance, which will consist of identifying employment opportunities and advising me on appropriate means of attempting to realize these opportunities. I authorize HCI College’s representatives to contact potential employers for the purpose of advocating on my behalf and release my name and job application materials, including, but not limited to, my cover letter, resume, and transcript to prospective employers. I authorize HCI College and its third-party vendors to contact my employer to verify pertinent employment information for my graduate record.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Tuition Assistance Bargaining unit employees can enroll in university or college, vocational technical school or extension courses. The course may be by correspondence or attendance at classes during non-working hours or during working hours with approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee. Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.

  • Turnover Assistance Grantee will provide any assistance and actions reasonably necessary to enable System Agency or its designee to effectively close out the Grant Agreement and transfer the performance and obligations of the Grant Agreement to another Grantee or to System Agency if necessary. Grantee agrees that this obligation survives the termination, regardless of whether for cause or convenience, or the expiration of the Grant Agreement and remains in effect until completed to the satisfaction of System Agency.

  • Other Assistance Assist SBEs in their efforts to obtain bonds, lines of credit and insurance. (Note that the Agency has a Surety Bond Program that may assist SBEs in obtaining necessary bonding.) The Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor(s) shall require no more stringent bond or insurance standards of SBEs than required of other business enterprises.

  • Litigation Assistance Except when it would constitute a direct conflict of interest for BA, BA will make itself available to assist CE in any administrative or judicial proceeding by testifying as witness as to an alleged violation of HIPAA, the HITECH Act, the Privacy or Security Rule, or other law relating to security or privacy.

  • Audit Assistance Each of the Parties and their respective Subsidiaries are or may be subject to regulation and audit by a Governmental Authority (including a Taxing Authority), standards organizations, customers or other parties to contracts with such Parties or their respective Subsidiaries under applicable Law, standards or contract provisions. If a Governmental Authority, standards organization, customer or other party to a contract with a Party or its Subsidiary exercises its right to examine or audit such Party’s or its Subsidiary’s books, records, documents or accounting practices and procedures pursuant to such applicable Law, standards or contract provisions, and such examination or audit relates to the Services, then the other Party shall provide, at the sole cost and expense of the requesting Party, all assistance reasonably requested by the Party that is subject to the examination or audit in responding to such examination or audits or requests for Information, to the extent that such assistance or Information is within the reasonable control of the cooperating Party and is related to the Services.
