Interagency Dispatch Centers. The Parties to this Agreement agree to maintain, support, and participate in Interagency Dispatch Centers, as appropriate. Staffing, funding, and level of participation will be agreed to by the affected Parties to this Agreement and documented in geographic, statewide, or sub-geographic area operating plans and/or appropriate mobilization guides.

Interagency Dispatch Centers. Agencies and Counties agree to maintain, support, coordinate, and participate in zone Interagency Dispatch Centers and Coordinating Groups. The Centers are to be under the direction of local zone coordinating groups to xxxxxx cooperation, avoid wasteful duplication and facilitate maximum efficiency, effectiveness and risk management in wildland fire management programs. Agencies and Counties agree to use the appropriate Geographic Area Coordination Center as the center for national and statewide intelligence gathering, coordination and prioritization of resources for wildland fire emergencies. Staffing, funding, and level of participation will be agreed to and documented in each respective zone mobilization guide or appropriate annual operating plans. The appropriate zone mobilization guide will be the primary document to identify approved policy, procedures, and organizations. The Zone Interagency Dispatch Centers are Cody, Casper, Rawlins, Great Plains, Bozeman, and Teton.

It is intended that interagency dispatch center managers may be from any of the participating Agencies, and as such, have the Agency specific authorities from each participating Agency, except where prohibited by law or regulation, necessary to conduct the Center’s operation.

Interagency Dispatch Centers. All parties to this operational plan agree that Fort Xxxxxxx Interagency Dispatch Center (FTC) will operate as a multi­agency dispatch center to coordinate wildland fire suppression efforts within the ARF, RMNP and Larimer County. FTC will have the ability for staffing seven days a week. FTC will be fully staffed from May 15 to October 15 and available for staffing, for other times, should the need arise. During the period between October 16 and May 14 annually, FTC will coordinate fire suppression efforts as available. FTC and/or LCSO Communications Center will notify the DFPC of all fire activities that may exceed local capabilities or impact state and national resources. The United States Forest Service (USFS) will provide annual maintenance for the remote automated weather station (RAWS) at Xxxxx Park, Redstone, Red Feather and Xxxxxxxx Meadow. FTC will provide support resources such as lowboy transport, commercial and charter aircraft, heavy equipment, food, logistical support and miscellaneous equipment needs, as resources are available. FTC will coordinate aircraft requests and tactical aviation resources: air patrol, helicopters, large and single engine air tankers, temporary flight restrictions and air space closures. FTC will provide interagency frequency and communications coordination. FTC will provide daily fire information reports: National, regional, local situation reports, resource availability. FTC will provide prescribed fire support as needed. FTC will provide support for fires on private, State and on­federal lands.

Interagency Dispatch Centers. The Agencies agree to maintain, support, and participate in Interagency Dispatch Centers and the Southwest Coordination Center, as appropriate. It is intended that Center Managers be from any of the participating agencies and as such, have the agency-specific authorities from each participating agency to conduct the Center’s operation, except where prohibited by law. The transfer of funds by the EMNRD, Forestry Division to Federal Agencies for the purposes of operations other than wildland fire suppression requires a separate agreement. The affected Agencies to this Agreement shall agree to staffing, funding, and level of participation and document them in AOPs or appropriate mobilization guides.
