Common use of Firm Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Firm Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to reschedule the delivery of (i) four (4) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159911, 159912, 159917 and 159918 respectively from [***], [***], [***] and [***] 2012 to calendar year 2016 and (ii) six (6) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159926, 159927, 159928, 159952, 159953 and 159934 from calendar year 2013 to calendar year 2016.

Firm Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to reschedule the delivery of (i) four three (43) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159911159922, 159912, 159917 159954 and 159918 respectively 159955 from [***], [***], [***] and [***] 2012 calendar year 2014 to calendar year 2016 2017 and (ii) six five (65) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159926Nos159921, 159927104440, 159928104442, 159952, 159953 159909 and 159934 159910 from calendar year 2013 2015 to calendar year 20162017.

Firm Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to reschedule the delivery of (i) four (4) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159911, 159912, 159917 and 159918 respectively from [***], [***], [***] and [***] 2012 to calendar year 2016 and (ii) six (6) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159926104440, 159927104442, 159928159920 and 159921, 159952, 159953 and 159934 from calendar year 2013 2011 and CAC ID Nos. 159909 and 159910 from calendar year 2012 to calendar year 20162015. The parties also agree to renumber the Aircraft chronologically.

Firm Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to reschedule the delivery of three (i) four (43) firm Aircraft with CAC Id NosNo. 159911159919, 159912, 159917 159920 and 159918 respectively 159921 from [***], [***], [***] and [***] 2012 calendar year 2010 to calendar year 2016 2011, and (ii) six (6) firm to renumber the Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 159926, 159927, 159928, 159952, 159953 and 159934 from calendar year 2013 to calendar year 2016chronologically.
