AGREEMENT RE-OPENER 46.01 This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent. If either party wishes to amend or vary this Agreement, it shall give to the other party notice in writing of any amendment proposed and the parties shall meet and discuss such proposal not later than one calendar month after receipt of such notice.
Opening After we accept your Application Form, we will open an Account in your name. We may split your Account into different sub-accounts denominated into different currencies. Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.
Re-openers 18.3.1 Upon written notice and completion of the Public Notice requirements set forth in Government Code Section 3547, the Association and District may re-open negotiations on compensation, health and welfare benefits (including such benefits for retirees), and two additional non-economic Articles selected by each party in each fiscal year of the Agreement.
