Fiscal Agent documentation. Upon reasonable request and approval by the Department, Contractor shall have the right to inspect any fiscal documents relating to this Agreement as may be maintained by a Fiscal Agent, if applicable. Contractor may request from the Department copies of any or all the following documents relating to the funds to be provided hereunder, with said documents to be furnished by the Fiscal Agent, subject to the Department’s approval, within a reasonable time of the request: monthly budget and expenditure reports; budgets and budget modifications; and audit reports, where available.
