Common use of Fiscal Officer Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Officer. The School shall have a designated and appropriately bonded fiscal officer and shall maintain internal financial controls in accordance with Section 3314.03 of the Ohio Revised Code. If the fiscal officer changes, the Governing Authority must notify the CMSD in writing.
