Fiscal Year Funding Appropriation. Unless otherwise provided by this request, the contract for supplies or services may be entered into for a one year period of time. Payment and performance obligations for succeeding fiscal periods shall be subject to appropriation of funds by the City Council for any additional years.
Fiscal Year Funding Appropriation. Unless otherwise provided by law, a contract for supplies or services may be entered into for any period of time deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Payment and performance obligations for succeeding fiscal periods shall be subject to appropriation by Police & Community Trust Initiative Project N21-0013 City Council of funds therefor. If funds are not appropriated for a future fiscal period, Contractor shall be entitled to payment for all Work properly performed as of the date of termination of the Contract by the City.
