Common use of Fitness/Wellness Programs Clause in Contracts

Fitness/Wellness Programs. During the term of this Agreement, the City may periodically employ the services of an outside vendor to provide comprehensive health and fitness services to unit employees assigned to the Glendale Police Department. These Fitness/Wellness programs are designed to assist unit employees in developing healthy lifestyles relative to exercise, diet and overall fitness. While participation in these programs is strongly encouraged, such programs shall be voluntary for unit employees.
