 Fixed Price With Price Adjustment. Reimbursement to the Contractor is in accordance with actual, allowable costs incurred consistent with each Contract Budget and/or Contract Summary not to exceed the service reimbursement ceiling. The Contractor shall furnish Area Agency with an accounting of actual costs incurred consistent with the categories set forth in the Contract Budget. Budget categories, to include cost items in a category, may be deleted, added, or modified by approval from Area Agency. Such modifications shall follow protocols as set forth in the Notices and Amendments sections of these Terms and Conditions.
