Common use of FIXED SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SSL shall provide support to SunEdison for the following known matters: Project Description Service Provider Deliverables Fees Term Telephone Services SSL Telephone access for those SunEdison resources located at the SSL sites $100/month per user 6 months • Telephone with voicemail • Free Call System services • Long distance service • Teleconferencing Data Network • Help desk tickets • Network support • Wired access • Wireless access
