Fixed term or Project. Based Employment‌ 4.4.1 A temporary fixed term/project Employee is an Employee engaged for a specific period, task, or project. Such Employees are likely to be engaged to work an average of 38 hours per week plus reasonable additional hours. Such Employees shall be advised of their fixed period of engagement upon commencement of employment. 4.4.2 A temporary fixed term/project Employee shall not be entitled to notice of termination or redundancy payments.
