Common use of Flex Cash Participation Clause in Contracts

Flex Cash Participation. ‌ Nothing contained in this Agreement is understood by the parties or is to be construed by anyone else to preclude any employee covered by the Agreement, from voluntarily reducing his or her pay as provided in the Agreement pursuant to a salary reduction agreement in order to participate in the City of Bloomington's Flex Cash Plan.
