Common use of Flex Cash Participation Clause in Contracts

Flex Cash Participation. Nothing contained in this Agreement, particularly the wages provided for herein, is under- stood by the parties or is to be construed by anyone else to pre- clude any employee covered by the Agreement, from voluntarily reducing his or her pay under the Agreement pursuant to a salary reduction agreement in order to participate in the City's Flex-Cash Plan.
