Common use of Flexibility of Labour Clause in Contracts

Flexibility of Labour. (a) Employees agree to carry out any duties that are within their level of skill, competence and training, consistent with the classification structure of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998Employees may be directed to carry out duties using additional tools and equipment provided the employee holds the necessary qualifications/ training in the use of such tools and equipment, consistent with (a) above.
