Flexibility of Rostered Days Off. The Plumbing Industry Calendar will be observed regarding rostered days off (RDO) Employee/s will receive 26 RDO’s each year. The parties may agree on arrangements allowing flexibility regarding the taking of RDO’s Subject to this cause RDOs will not be accrued in construction without written consent between the employers and the union.
