Common use of Flexible Benefit Options Clause in Contracts

The City agrees to provide $500.00 per month (employee only) and $700.00 per month (employee plus one or more dependents) Flexible Benefit Credit that may be used in lieu of the Core Flex Plan enrollment per Section 1 of this Article.
