Benefit Plan Review Committee. The County shall establish a committee composed of representatives from each of the employee organizations and the County to periodically review the County's Flexible Benefits Plan with regard to additional options which may be added for employees’ selection.

Benefit Plan Review Committee. The County-wide Benefit Plan Review Committee shall consist of one employee representative and one alternate to be appointed by each bargaining unit and one representative to be appointed by the non-represented management employees. The Director of Human Resources shall also serve as a committee member. Upon the Committee's request, the County's benefits consultant, representatives from other health plans and the employee organizations will also attend meetings. No other individuals shall attend the Committee's meetings. The Committee shall obtain necessary data and information on benefit issues. The Committee shall be advisory to the Board of Supervisors and the recognized labor organizations. The County and Association shall continue to explore possible expansion of flexible benefit programs through the Benefit Plan Review Committee. Decisions as to health insurance providers, County insurance contributions, etc., shall be determined through the meet and confer process between the County and the individual bargaining units.
Benefit Plan Review Committee. The County agrees to continue discussion on alternative health options for County employees. The County further agrees that should there be a change in health providers, the agreed upon County contribution rates and the PEMHCA contribution at the time of the change shall continue (unless there is an agreement to change them). Any change in health insurance plan provider, County contribution for health insurance, cash back in lieu of health insurance, etc., will be detailed in a side letter subject to ratification by STU Union members and the Board of Supervisors.

During the term of this MOU, parties agree to meet and confer over changes to this section to develop a uniform definition of this committee that is consistent with all labor units. However, no changes shall be implemented without the consent of a majority of the represented bargaining units.

Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:

  • Plan Review Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as additional rent, the reasonable costs of professional services and costs for general conditions of Landlord's third party consultants if utilized by Landlord (but not Landlord's "in-house" personnel) for review of all plans, specifications and working drawings for any Alterations, within ten (10) business days after Tenant's receipt of invoices either from Landlord or such consultants. In addition, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, within ten (10) business days after completion of any Alterations, a fee to cover Landlord's costs of supervising and administering the installation of such Alterations, in the amount of eight percent (8%) of the cost of such Alterations, but in no event less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).

  • Joint Benefits Committee In order to achieve benefit cost reductions, or at a minimum, cost containment, the parties agree to establish and aggressively participate in a Joint Benefits Committee. The parties agree that the Joint Benefits Committee shall explore all potential options or changes that could generate cost reductions to the Benefit Plans with the following order of priorities:

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Statewide Labor Management Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members selected by the VSEA from among bargaining units represented by VSEA and not more than five (5) members selected by the State shall meet periodically to discuss a mutually agreed agenda which may include methods of improving labor relations, productivity, safety, and health problems of a continuing nature, or other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment; provided, however, these sessions are not for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
