Flexible Fixed Term Tenancy. We may end your tenancy on the same grounds as for a Lifetime Secure Tenancy as listed above by first the relevant notice and then obtaining a County Court Order for Possession. The Notice will give details of the grounds on which we are seeking possession and give a date when Court proceedings may commence. However we may also seek possession of the property at the end of the fixed term if we decide not to renew your tenancy in accordance with section 107D of the Housing Xxx 0000 as amended by the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000.
