Flextime Work Schedule. Upon mutual agreement with the Department Head, employees may work their required hours under a "flextime" arrangement which may include a ten (10) hour, four (4) day schedule. This option shall be mutually agreed upon provided that all City functions can be accomplished through flexible hours and provided there will not be an adverse impact upon efficiency within the department.
