Flight Instruction. Only approved MAX AERO Instructors are authorized to provide flight instruction in MAX AERO aircraft. Xxxx and scheduling are handled by the individual instructors.
Flight Instruction. The Authority’s flying club rules list several restrictions on flight instruction that members shall abide by. First, compensated flight instruction may only be given by Authority approved flight instructors. The Club’s Aircraft Use Rules has a list of Airport Authority approved flight instructors. Members can receive instruction from other members who are CFI’s, but cannot compensate that member in any way for that service unless they are on this list. Any agreement for flight instruction will be solely between the member and the instructor and such agreement will not involve the Club and thus the Club will be in no way liable for such agreements. The Club will not compensate any CFI, directly or through reduced dues, fees, or rents. Additionally, the only people allowed to receive instruction in Club aircraft are Club members.
Flight Instruction. A SASO offering flight instruction services shall make available for flight training currently airworthy aircraft, including at least one (1) aircraft suitable for instrument flight instruction. The aircraft may be owned or leased.
Flight Instruction. ONLY approved Wesson Aviation, LLC Flight Instructors are authorized to provide flight instruction in Wesson Aviation, LLC aircraft. The individual instructors handle fees and scheduling.
Flight Instruction. Only ATI flight instructors are permitted to provide flight instruction in ATI aircraft. Pilots may not provide instruction in an aircraft rented under this Agreement unless they first become an ATI flight instructor. Pilots may not receive instruction in an aircraft rented under this agreement except from an ATI flight instructor.
Flight Instruction. Only approved FOOTHILL FLIGHT CENTER Instructors are authorized to provide flight instruction in FOOTHILL FLIGHT CENTER aircraft.
Flight Instruction. Only approved PFS Flight Instructors are authorized to provide flight instruction in PFS aircraft. Fees and scheduling are handled by the individual instructors. Consult PFS business manager for approved instructors or to request your instructor to be approved.
