Flight Training. 2.1 Boeing will provide one classroom course to acquaint up to eight (8) students (four (4) flight crews) with operational, systems and performance differences between Customer’s newly-purchased Aircraft and an aircraft of the same model currently operated by Customer.

Flight Training. 2.1 Transition training for 8 flight crews (16 pilots) in 2 classes; The training will consist of ground school (utilizing computer based training), fixed base simulator, full flight simulator and actual aircraft training on Customer's Aircraft.

Flight Training. Any Lessee desiring to engage in pilot flight instruction shall provide as a minimum the following:
Flight Training. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold FSI, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless for and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damage and expense arising out of or in any way connected with the use of any Customer-furnished aircraft, including but not limited to loss of (including loss of use) or damage to the aircraft itself. The Customer also agrees to waive its rights of subrogation against FSI. The Customer certifies that the aircraft to be used is in compliance with FAR 91, Subpart E (Maintenance, Preventive maintenance and Alterations). The Customer also agrees to have its liability insurance carrier include FSI, its officers, directors, employees and agents as additional insureds with respect to legal liability and have its hull insurance carrier waive rights of subrogation against FSI, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents. It is agreed that the insurance mentioned above will be primary and non- contributory to any other insurance available to FSI as an insured or otherwise. The Customer will instruct his insurer to issue a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the above before the trip or training is to begin.
