Floaters for All Others. All other full-time IBEW affected classifications who are employed with or hired by the City between July 1 and December 31 of each year shall receive twenty six (26) hours of additional leave with pay, during the fiscal year. All other full-time IBEW affected classifications who are hired by the City between January 1 and June 30 of each year shall receive ten (10) hours of additional leave with pay during the fiscal year.
