Floodplain. The Project shall comply with the County Floodplain ordinance, as it currently exists and as it may be amended in the future. The Project design features incorporated under this paragraph shall be maintained throughout the life of the Project.
Floodplain. Developer shall comply with the flood damage prevention regulations of the Cascade City Code Title 3, Chapter 5, as the same may be applicable to the Project, and all further requirements as set forth in a subsequent Floodplain Development Permit.
Floodplain. Lessee acknowledges that Lessee has been advised by Authority that the Leased Premises is in the FEMA floodplain and that construction of improvements must conform to the laws and regulations applicable to construction of improvements in a floodplain.
Floodplain. Any disturbance within a 100-year floodplain will be allowed if the Operator has obtained a Floodplain Development Permit from the County and has complied with all of the County’s legally adopted floodplain and engineering regulations. Pits will not be allowed in 100-year floodplain. A “100-year floodplain” shall be, for purposes of this Section, a “Special Flood Hazard Area” as identified and mapped by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Flood Insurance Program and adopted by the County.

Floodplain. The Project may require floodplain relocation. If so, the Township agrees that it will supports, approves of, and will not oppose Developer’s application to relocate and/or mitigate the floodplains that may exist on the Property.
Floodplain. Floodplain delineations are obtained from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Hazard Insurance Rate Map for Bay County. A majority of the project is located within the 100-year flood plain and is illustrated in Exhibit 2-3.
