DAMAGE PREVENTION. The Purchaser shall use reasonable skill and care in all operations to prevent damage to soils, trails, xxxxxxx, stream banks, stream channels, wetlands, lakeshores or other natural features of the sale area.
DAMAGE PREVENTION. Customer shall not damage, or suffer or permit any damage by the Customer Equipment, any Representative, or any other action or inaction of Customer or any person under Customer's direct or indirect control, to the Customer Area, the IDC, any other portion of the building or property in which the IDC is located, or the equipment of INFLOW or any other customer. The Customer Equipment and Customer's Business shall not cause damage to the IDC or INFLOW. Customer and its Representatives will refrain from using any facilities, equipment, tools, materials, apparatus, or methods that, in INFLOW's reasonable judgment, might cause damage to the IDC or otherwise damage or interfere with the equipment or operations of INFLOW or any other INFLOW customer or other person. INFLOW reserves the right to take any reasonable action to prevent harm to the services, personnel or property of INFLOW (and its affiliates, vendors, and customers) or other persons.
DAMAGE PREVENTION. Customers employees and representatives shall refrain from using any facilities, equipment, tools, materials, apparatus, or methods that, in INFLOW's sole reasonable judgment, might cause damage to INFLOW's Data Centers or otherwise interfere with INFLOW operations. INFLOW reserves the right to take any reasonable action to prevent harm to the services, personnel or property of INFLOW (and its affiliates, vendors, and Customers).
DAMAGE PREVENTION. In performing the Design-Build Work, the Design-Builder shall use care and diligence, and shall take all appropriate precautions in accordance with the Contract Standards to protect the Design-Build Work from loss, damage or destruction.
DAMAGE PREVENTION. Contractors are only permitted access to the specific floors on which they are working and common area hallways. All other areas are considered off limits. This includes construction personnel using microwaves and other office equipment belonging to the tenants. Construction personnel are not to utilize the tenant's break/vending areas within tenant occupied spaces.

If at any time the Project Manager deems that operation of equipment is resulting in excessive soil or herbaceous disturbance, he may instruct the Contractor to adjust operations accordingly. This may involve suspending operations when the soil is wet or otherwise altering equipment operations to reduce disturbance to soil or herbaceous vegetation.
3.5.2 The Contractor shall follow a Wildfire Prevention Plan as provided by the Project Manager. The Wildfire Prevention Plan ensures that fire extinguishers are in place on all equipment and that the Contractor has the appropriate contact information in case of a fire.
3.5.3 The Contractor shall have at least 1 fully-functional and accessible 5 lb. fire extinguisher on each vehicle (including mechanized equipment) while on City property.
3.5.4 The Contractor shall notify the Project Manager within 30 minutes of any spill by Contractor employees. Spills of fuels, lubricants, hydraulic oils, or solvents shall be addressed by excavating contaminated soil, removing from the site, and disposing of it in an approved facility, at no additional cost to the City.
3.5.5 The Contractor shall have proper spill containment devices including shovels, trash bags, and leak containment receptacles.
3.5.6 Damage or contamination to sites, materials, or facilities including but not limited to soil, water, vegetation, roads, gates, fences, buildings, structures, and infrastructure on City property caused by Contractor employees shall be replaced or repaired by the Contractor within ten
